RULES AND REGULATIONS

We kindly request our guests to read and abide the resort’s rules and regulations so that everyone may have an enjoyable stay at RESORT RIVER FRONT.
1. The Resort River Front Management has no liability for the loss or theft of patron’s personal belongings.
2. If a guest becomes ill or injured, the resort can help in the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, to arrange for the guest to be taken to hospital, all the guests’ expenses.
3. Strictly obey the RESORT RIVER FRONT SWIMMING POOL RULES visible at the pool area.
4. Medically compromised guests (person with disabilities, mentally retarded, epileptic, hypertensive, etc.) and children below 12 years of age must be accompanied by their adult companion, guardian / parents at all times especially on the pool area.
5. The management has the right to refuse guest with skin disease to use the pool.
6. No bringing of pets (strictly pets are not allowed to enter on the pool area), firearms and deadly weapons.
7. No vandalism, littering, dispose your trash properly and guests are obliged to pay for the loss or damages of the resort property caused by themselves, their friends or any person to whom they are responsible.
8. Resort River Front Management is not responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle or any of its accessories or article/s left therein.
9. Resort River Front Management has the right to ask those who have repeatedly disregarded the resort’s rules or have become a nuisance to other guests to leave the resort premises. The deposits / payment made by those guests who have been asked to leave are subjects to forfeiture and are non-refundable.
10. Obey instructions of staff. We reserve the right to implement additional rules and regulations for the safety of everybody.

RESORT RIVER FRONT
SWIMMING POOL RULES
We kindly request our swimmers to read and abide the resort’s rules so that everyone may have an enjoyable stay at RESORT RIVER FRONT.
1. No person may use the pool unless it is officially open and the staff are on duty.
2. All instructions given by the management or staff are to be followed.
3. Shower first before dipping into the pool.
4. Admission to the pool may be denied for any of the following reasons:
- Intoxication
- Not wearing proper swimming attire.
- Open sores, wounds, skin infections, and nasal or ear discharges
- Any condition or evidence, which in the opinion of the manager/staff would jeopardize the health and safety of self and others.
5. Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult or parent.
6. Medically compromised guests (person with disabilities, mentally retarded, epileptic, hypertensive, etc.) must be accompanied by their companion, adult guardian / parents at all times especially on the pool area.
7. Diving and or doing acrobatic act on the pool, running, pushing, causing undue disturbance, or any conduct that may endanger the welfare of self or other patrons is strictly prohibited.
8. Flotation devices will be permitted in shallow water at the manager’s discretion. An adult must be within arms’ reach of the child.
9. Infants/children not toilet-trained must wear swim diapers under swimsuits. No diapers please.
10. Spitting, blowing of nose into the pool or onto deck, improper public displays of affection, and profanity are prohibited.
11. Inflatable beach balls or sponge balls are allowed in the pools during non-crowded conditions and at the manager’s discretion.
12. Animals, food, drinks, footwear and glass containers or any breakable objects are not permitted on the pool area.
13. All injuries or accidents occurring within the pool area must be reported to the staff on duty immediately.
14. Smoking is not permitted inside the pool gates and pool area.
15. The RESORT RIVER FRONT management has no liability for the loss or theft of patron’s personal belongings.
16. The resort manager may close entire pool area for any safety or maintenance reason.
17. The pool manager or staff on duty has the authority to enforce these rules and may remove any patron who violates these rules from the RESORT RIVER FRONT.

HOUSE RULES

1. No smoking inside the rooms.
2. Keep beds, linens and sofa dry.
3. Secure all your valuables and personal belongings.
4. Do not pick the plants.
5. Dispose your garbage properly.
6. Care should be given to the use of resort facilities.
7. Any damage caused to the resort shall be charged accordingly.
8. No vandalism.
9. Floor is slippery when wet.
10. Keep the gate/door closed at all times.
11. Management shall not liable for any loss, damage or injury.
12. Please approach our caretaker for any concern.
